The following information is provided to acquaint you with the General Rules and regulations of our Club and is not intended to cover all situations.  Management reserves the right to make final decisions on all questions.

Check-in Procedure

Members are required to show their individual Membership Card upon entry to the Club.  Use of the Card by other than the original issuee is not permitted, and all cards which are lost or stolen should be reported immediately.

Guest Fees

$10.00 Adult     

$6.00 Child (12 & under.  Must be accompanied by an adult member)

If not with a member, guest are required to provide driver's license for identification.

Locker Rentals

$20/month plus tax.

Rental includes 2 towels, lock, locker, and laundry bag.  Clothes are washed and put back in the locker daily.

Age Requirements on Equipment

Children 13 or older are allowed in all areas of the club if they maintain proper conduct.

Children 12 and under are not allowed to go into weight room areas or use cardio equipment.

The Swimming Pool & other recreational areas will be available to children 12 & older.  Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.  The Pool and other recreational area(s) will be supervised by a qualified Staff Member.  Parents are responsible for the behavior of their own children.  Persons not adhering to the Club rules will be asked to leave the Club. 

Management 

                                                                                                                                         Any member may be restricted or expelled permanently, with cause, by manangement.  Causes for such aciton may consist of unsportspersonlike conduct, offensive language and any other vilation of any of the Club rules, regulations or any conduct which is detrimental to the overall welfare, good order and wholesome character of the Club. 

Cancellations

Members may cancel their membership by giving (30) thirty days notice (in person or by Certified Mail) of Intent to Cancel prior to the 25th of the applicable month the cancellation is to take effect.

It is expressly understood that if cancellation occurs prior to the end of the primary term of the original memberhsip agreement, the Club reserves the right to assess a cancellation fee $150  plus tax.  Last months deposit will be forfeited and cancellation will be effective immediately.

Prepaid memberships are non-cancellable.
